Taco Bell - Benton Harbor

Quick service and delicious food. It would be great to see new specials more often to mix things up. There's something on the menu for everyone!

Dining room and drive thru closed at 9 pm….. uhhhh. Are the people inside just not working or something? Anyways, just went to the next Taco Bell over, but that was weird.

I ordered 2 black bean crunch wraps NO CHEESE NO SOUR CREAM...drove home 1st thing I taste is SOUR CREAM im allergic.. I called 5times NO ANSWER.. I will be reporting 1st thing in the morning

My kids pointed out how orange the meat on their tacos were. I realized that the orange color was clumps of grease and it was more on the taco than meat. I tried calling Taco Bell since I was unable to return to the restaurant, I received no answer or call back. So I took the tacos back 9 out 12 pack and the manager refused to give me a refund by telling me that she didn 't know how because the restaurant doesn 't allow it. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. This place needs to be shut down!

Sat in the Drive-Thru waiting for someone to answer and no one ever did so I pulled around and the employees were just sitting inside at a dining table eating. It was past the time that they were supposed to be open and they were all just sitting there having a good time eating breakfast at 10:15 a.m. I tried to call to ask if they were opening and no one answered. Really annoying!
