The main dining room has great lighting and atmosphere, and isn't too loud even with a moderate crowd and background music. Our host was very attentive and took great care of us. The waiters came by frequently with a variety of well seasoned and delicious meats until we were both stuffed. We very much look forward tovisiting Flame Fire again!
Excellent experience from every aspect. Very friendly staff. Food is amazing. You can still go if you're not a meat eater and you wish to accompany friends or spouses who are, but the theme is definitely toward beef with pork and lamb and some tastes of chicken. The service is very attentive, which is a vanishing quality if you haven't noticed in the restaurant industry since the onset of the pandemic. The owners are very personable and go out of their way to meet with youand chat at your table for as long as you care to converse. Perhaps our server Gabby (unsure if spelling the right way) put it best when she explained how much she enjoyed working there more than any previous job. That attitude permeatesthe atmosphere and greatly enhances the entire evening. The dinner rolls on the table are worth a mention as they are in a complete class by themselves with an unforgettable unique flavor that I will put as my favorite bread basket biscuitshands down. The lobster bisque is a must try at the food bar. But the highlight is the variety of meat cuts. And don't pass on the BBQ pineapple. You may want to go when you're a bit hungry.
This restaurant has its ups and downs. The price is average at $54.95 per adult compared to other Brazilian restaurants. The food is decent, but they lack some cuts of meat. The service, particularly from the gauchos serving the meat, needs improvement. It takes a long time for them to reach your table, and when they do, they often only offer a small piece of meat. I also have a complaint about the water; it tastes odd, as if it hasn't been filtered. On the positive side, the picanha is flavorful, though it might be a bit too rare for some. However, if you ask the gauchos, they can cook it a little longer for you. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, which makes a difference. He genuinely seems to care about his business.
I really enjoyed this restaurant! The atmosphere was wonderful. It was our wedding anniversary, and when we arrived, we were greeted with a flower and a lovely handwritten card congratulating us—thanks to my prior call to make reservations. The food was fantastic, but I wished the Gauchos (the ones serving the meat) were a bit more attentive. I have been to Fogo De Chão in LA, which has the same concept, and I found Flame Fire's service lacking in comparison. They need to be more consistent in bringing the meats to the table. If my card is turned green, that means I’m ready for more meat! There were times when we experienced long gaps without a Gaucho stopping by our table. I would definitely return, but I hope for a little better attention when it comes to serving the meats. The service from the hostesses, wait staff, and the manager was exceptional. Thank you!
Everything was incredible—the salad bar and all the different meats were fantastic! My favorite was the top sirloin and the old-fashioned steak. We arrived at 3:30 PM to avoid the crowd. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager or owner came to our table to make sure everything was running smoothly.
