Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I absolutely adore the Whiskey River BBQ burger! Unfortunately, there isn't a Red Robin near where I live, so whenever I'm in town, I make sure to indulge in this delicious burger. I really hope Red Robin opens a location in Shreveport, Louisiana soon!

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, hot, and fresh. The delivery is always fast.

I started with pretzel bites served with beer cheese sauce. Honestly, the beer cheese sauce is the only reason I keep coming back to this place. However, I was disappointed when I saw that the cheese sauce looked like yellow, curdled milk. The pretzel bites were burnt as well. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with a lettuce wrap instead of bread. The chicken was so tough that I could only eat the very middle of the piece, giving me only one bite of chicken. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to Red Robin. Please improve the quality of your food, especially considering the high prices. Good grief.

I got the Reds Cheeseburger but didnt receive the juice that should have come with it. The burger was fine and the fries portion size was very good.

We received two out of three burgers were not as ordered. Our shakes were about two thirds full. Shaking my head.
