The service was outstanding—prompt and attentive, which really enhanced our dining experience. The atmosphere was delightful, creating a warm and inviting environment. I ordered two pizzas and was informed that it would take 45 to 50 minutes for delivery. However, two hours later, all they could tell me was that the delivery was on its way. Suddenly, one pizza arrived, but it was upside down, and the second pizza was missing. I called to request a refund and was told to call back on Sunday. The manager offered to send me two more pizzas, but I would have to pay the delivery fee. Really? There’s still no refund, and I value quality over quantity. Service: Delivery.

My son has a very bad gluten allergy, so I was hesitant on ordering a pizza for my boy, upon mentioning this to the shift manager Colteen, he went above and beyond to clean out the oven, but still I wasn’t sure. After he assured me with the cauliflower crust and the extent that he cleaned the oven, I can surely say I’m impressed with the customer service. As I watch my boy eat his pizza with my other kiddos, i can guarantee we will be back. Hopefully we will catch the buffet!!! Parking: Very busy day so parking was difficult, but the back end parking lot is usually empty
