The rooms were clean and the rate was reasonable with breakfast included. It was nice to choose my room on the app and the digital key was convenient. The only complaints I have are about the pool area and pool closing time. The pool was supposed to close at 10 but at 952, without warning, the lights to the pool all went off. We still had kids swimming at this time so that was very frustrating. The outside area also had 2 broken chairs that almost caused someone in our party to fall completely out of. Overall it was a good stay.

Here's how not to endear people to your hotel or the Hilton brand. I purchased a simple one night stay at a large charity auction, but it was purchased just before COVID hit. Needless to say, we didn't travel any nor did we even get out to a local hotel like the Hilton Garden Inn. Only now are we feeling safe enough. We had hoped to use this one night at our local Hilton Garden Inn, but the management was obnoxiously strict and pretty much gave us the SOL look with no remorse. Fortunately there are outlets like this that allow future travels to be warned about this place/management.

We stayed 4 nights on the 3rd floor. Hotel is conveniently located near the Interstate, but far enough away from any noise. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We requested housekeeping on one day. Everything was sparkling clean on arrival. We enjoyed the extra space which a suite provided. Comfortable lounge on premises, fitness room and business center. Breakfast was convenient but overpriced. There are multiple restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking space.

I want to start by saying that all the staff I encountered were very welcoming and helpful, which made my stay much more enjoyable. They even arranged an airport shuttle for me. The hotel's location is quite close to the airport. The rooms are decent—I'd say they're above average—but the facilities and furniture feel a bit dated. It would be nice if they upgraded to newer furniture. They do have an indoor pool, but I didn't use it as the bottom looked somewhat dirty. The complimentary breakfast options were decent, and if you're looking for something better, they do offer paid options as well. I also appreciated that there was coffee, hot water, and tea available in the lobby throughout the day.
