Krispy Kreme - Bentonville

Donuts are stale most every time we have ordered online and now the lobby is closed so you can’t watch the donuts being made .

We went in there a few weeks ago and my daughter forgot her phone in the lobby. We didn’t realize until a few hours later that the phone was missing. We tried calling the cellphone over 10 times and then the phone would go straight to voice mail after about the 6th time because someone had turned the phone off. I then decided to text the phone saying that I needed it back and that I had the location. We then received a call back from the “manager” saying that the phone was in this location and that we could go pick it up. Seemed to us that they wanted to try and keep the phone and only called us back bc they got scared when I told them I had the location. We looked through the phone and found out that not only did they go through phone but the workers took selfies on it as well. How disrespectful and dishonest of these people. Look at the pictures I provided for reference.

Just purchased 2 dozen of the original glazed. Immediately my son noticed the donuts tasted like glazed bread with no sweet or sugary taste. Such a disappointment. That’s why we came here was for the sugary donut. Now it taste like every other fast food donut chain. Not happy with the update in recipe or prep.

I ordered a total of one dozen, 10 glazed and 2 strawberry glazed with sprinkles. When I gave my 2 grandbabies one each of the strawberry glazed right after he purchase, the icing crumbled off of them both. They were so stale...so disappointed ?
