Undercroft - Bentonville

We went for the miracle bar, and the drinks were terrible. We tried almost every drink, and none of us (a group of 8) weren’t impressed. There were two that were decent but we left most drinks unfinished which wasn’t ideal when they are $15+. Service was amazing. I did expect the decor to be a little better and it seems as if they did way less this year compared to previous years. It wasn’t worth the hype.

We went for the Christmas pop-up experience and it was cool I suppose, but it felt touristy and the drinks and food seemed overpriced for what you got.

Second time visiting Undercroft in it's holiday alter ego: Miracle Bar. Last visited in Dec 2019 and were blown away by the decor. This visit proved to be as impressive as our first. Service and energy were both on par for the holiday crowd. Hope to visit again when we're in town.

Customer service was great! But when I may the reservation with open table it didn’t tell me I was only able to stay one hour.
