Wendy's - Benwood

Restroom stinks. The woman who served me was like a cold Stale robot. It was cold in the restaurant. The sandwich I got tasted good. But the fries were way too salty and cold.

Stopped at the drive thru for a dinner and was greeted with horrible attitude. We asked what we did wrong and was met with even more. Cancelled our order and left. Called the manager and she even threw attitude at me over the phone. This location has always had problems in this area. There was also a person laying on one of the tables in the lobby. Gross.

It was difficult to even rate one star. WTH is going on at the drive through? Order was Effed up. Sad. Seems to be getting to be a regular thing here. Should've known something was going on after I saw the car in front of me pull into a space and carry their order back into the store. She probably had my order. I get it. Mistakes happen. It's just been frequent lately.

Their food has gotten so much better! Just had me a crispy chicken sandwich and it was definitely good!! My NEW favorite combo is now the Bourbon Bacon. I've also repeatedly ordered the strawberry lemonade drink! Overall, still my go-to Wendy's!

The staff is always nice and the food is always hot and fresh.
