Looks like a very successful reconstruction. Look forward to my visit in June, the kitchen performance without any doubt perfect, creative and surprising as usual.

We spent a fantastic evening here. PUR is the name and pure is the concept: Just get the best out of the main ingredient. The 5-course menu presented to us was aromatic, high quality and handcrafted at top level. What Mr Heimann created with his team is the perfect harmony of purism and upscale cuisine. Thank you for the enjoyable evening!

Pure pleasure with Heimann's summer menu. We started the evening on the terrace, with sunshine and Alps panorama. Even in the absence of the restaurant manager, we experienced excellent wine advice and a friendly service. Good products, good craftsmanship, modern optics characterize the menu. The special other was praised by a glass of champagne and a separate dessert. The chef has contact with the guest. Praise for the exemplary implementation of hygiene rules. We liked the evening. A pure pleasure, though not a cheap one.

Phenomenal dinner. We had the 4 course menu and, thanks to several kitchen surprises at the end, were hopelessly happy and were then personally adopted with a personal greeting and a small farewell present by Mr Heimann. Super service! (The wine tasting was also sensational)

Very successful evening with Ulrich Heimann and his whole team. In perfect weather there was an acute 5-speed menu on the stylish terrace.
