Mcdonald's - Berea

I always receive my order hot and accurate. The service is quick, whether I’m using the online app or going through the drive-thru. McDonald's has consistently impressed me!

The sandwiches were decent, but the tables were dirty with dried dips. The fountain drinks were flat and the ice cream had an unpleasant taste. The server seemed insulted when I asked for more ketchup. Additionally, the hand dryers in the bathroom were not functioning and there were no towels available. Overall, I won’t be returning to this place and would not recommend it. It was a disappointing experience.

This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The cleanliness is terrible, as the tables haven’t been wiped down in quite some time, while the employees just stand around chatting.

Mostly very good fast service. that was an exception. first experience with app order. long wait cold pommes. would have been 5 times faster just to drive.

Tried to stop here when they opened. We were on a 13 hour trip with 2 young kids. We waited outside the door after it said they were opened but they never came to unlock the door. We waited 15 minutes and several of the employees just kept staring at us but never doing anything except take drive thru orders (google, their sign, and their door said that dine in opened at 5am). Finally decided to just go through the drive thru and even that took way too long.
