Mcdonald's - Berea

Since my move a few years ago, this has been my main McDonald's. Overall, I would say this location is slightly above average for a McDonald's. The lines can be a bit slow during peak hours, but I don’t think I’ve ever had a significant issue. There are also a few exceptional drive-thru employees who can really brighten your day if you happen to interact with them.

This McDonald's is one of the best I've ever visited. The owner/operator is actively involved, working in both the kitchen and the dining area, and engages with the customers.

The drive-thru can sometimes have a long line, and ordering inside may take a while. It might be more convenient to place your order through the smartphone app and wait for your online order in the designated spots.
