Roadhaven - BERESFIELD

I have been a customer at this restaurant for years and it has always been good. Recently, I ordered the double speck and egg roll for $10, as shown in the picture. However, when the dish arrived, it only had one rasher of speck instead of two. When I pointed this out, the server argued with me insisting that it was a double portion of speck. Despite my protests and hand gestures indicating otherwise, they refused to acknowledge the mistake. The person I ordered from eventually apologized, but no further action was taken to correct the error. I was disappointed with the lack of resolution.

The staff at this restaurant are very rude and unhelpful, and the coffee was boiling hot and burnt my mouth. The chef and staff seemed grumpy. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

People are often too harsh in their criticism. What more can you expect from a cafe located next to Burger King? Despite the COVID-19 restrictions, we were still able to enjoy a decent breakfast with toast, fruit salad, and coffee. This place is not meant to be a fancy 5-star restaurant, but it certainly met our expectations.

Would not recommend the coffee, burger with the partie could it with the actual partie. the croissant unimpressiw. on my notes it will stop in a hurry

The coffee tastes awful and there is no choice of bread for the sandwiches; just plain white bread and dry.
