Dairy Queen - BERKELEY SPRINGS

This location was almost terrible. I understand that finding good staff can be challenging, but the person taking orders was not very helpful at all. The manager was nearly rude and refused to assist in resolving the issue with the blizzard, which clearly had chocolate in it when vanilla was requested.

I often visit Dairy Queen for takeout, and recently I've noticed that my wait times have been getting longer. Additionally, there tends to be a long line behind me while I wait. I understand that it can get busy or that they may be short-staffed at times. However, when I look through the drive-thru window, it seems like there are enough staff on hand, yet it feels like they are taking their time preparing the food.

I’ve stopped ordering food from here because it’s always incorrect. The meals are either messy or not what I requested! I occasionally stop by for ice cream, but even then, my order sometimes gets messed up. Just the other day, I ordered a banana split and it came with a rotten banana.

The staff here are fantastic—very attentive and always ready to assist. My order arrived quickly, and I plan to stop by anytime I'm in the area. I highly recommend that you do the same!

I visited the drive-thru, and the employee was incredibly friendly. Our ice cream was absolutely delicious!
