Boochman Kombucha - Berkeley

I attempted to purchase food at the farmers market in Palo Alto, but encountered very rude service. I would not recommend this place.

My family and I visit the stand at the Palo Alto Farmers' Market regularly and have always loved the kombucha and the teas available. We especially appreciate the friendly service we have always received from the staff! I noticed the negative review regarding the treatment of the Asian customer, and I have to say that has not at all been my own experience as an Asian myself.

Boochman Kombucha is my favorite one stop shop for my kombucha fix. The kombucha variety is excellent. I patronize the Palo Alto Farmers Market location and love it. The service is great. The young woman serving the kombucha is very pleasant. I am an African American consumer and sometimes it can be difficult to be treated as an equal customer. But the woman at the stand is so nice. I really feel welcomed at her booth. And she’s great to chat with too.

Betul. at the PA market is the most attentive to each and every customer.. sometimes u might have to wait a few minutes but it’s really worth it when she gets to you. Quality PR! And the kombucha, so great, not so sweet like the commercial ones…

We are frequent visitors to the Palo Alto Farmers Market, and Boochman Kombucha is always a standout on our Sunday outings. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially towards the children. The kombucha is of top-notch quality, as well as their soaps – they are soft, smooth, and smell wonderful. Our child even says, "I love kombucha."
