Bubbakoo's Burritos - Berkeley

This is my second time ordering from UberEats and both times my order was mishandled. I ordered a Burrito bowl, but only received a styrofoam bowl. Similarly, when I ordered a taco bowl, the same mistake was made. On 6/13/2022, I had to deduct a star from my review for this location. Despite my reservations, I tried ordering from DoorDash and once again requested a taco shell, which was clearly shown on the app. However, I received an email from DoorDash stating that Bubbakoo's Burrito was unavailable and replaced with soft tacos. I didn't receive any taco fillings and the meat was marinated in a sweet sauce, which I did not enjoy. It seems like this place is not being managed properly under the new management.

My son became very ill after dining at this restaurant. While we cannot definitively prove that it was the cause of his food poisoning, his symptoms began only a few hours after our meal. I do not believe that the staff followed proper food safety practices. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this establishment.

The dining room was expanded to accommodate more guests, which was a great idea. The service was fast and the food was hot and delicious. The dishes were fresh and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely visit again.

Eating is center, the prices are bad for what they get (quality / flavor) then chipotle and Moe’s, and sometimes they have to wait 10 minutes to order inside because they can handle too many mobile orders in customers. also hate that if they get double meat they are loaded three times ex: if I get a burrito, it is $10 standard price with any normal meat when I chicken and steak, which should be a double portion fee, they calculate them for double meat and a separate charge for the second meat. so in the round they invite them 2 times for extra meat instead of just one. I was told it was that. at bubbakoos for a huh and steak burrito there would be the price of burrito, then a fee for huh, then a double meat charge. it is annoyed to be calculated for three times when they get double. I will run out with a $17 dollar burrito, I will be using chipotle and Moe’s if I need a burrito

I have ordered tacos 3 times and EACH time they were wrong when I opened up my box! Lost my business- I work hard for my money and I’m done wasting it. Plus the 3 different meats/protein I ordered were so so Dry…sticking with Moe’s for my fast food tacos
