It's also quite simple to find vegan and gluten-free options here. The service was great! However, one drawback is that the prices are somewhat steep. At $21 for the bibimbap served in a stone bowl, it feels a bit on the pricey side.
Great spot for satisfying your Korean food cravings! Got the stone beef bibimbap which came with extra spicy tofu stew, also split soy garlic wings which were super crispy and flavorful. Their kimchi is also A+!
Authentic Korean restaurant, fresh ingredients and fresh Banchan; always. Kimchi pancake is really good! Came for the kimchi pancake from reading the nytimes article, left this place happy and super full. We will be back!
Drove over an hour to go here because I heard they have biji jjigae (ground soybean stew), and it was so worth it! It was flavorful and so hearty a taste I’ve been craving for a while because no Korean restaurant in the Bay Area seems to have it! I was pleasantly surprised to see they even have mung bean pancakes! They were crispy and so good. The restaurant itself is pretty clean and feels spacious. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!
Vegan tofu soup was better than expected! I got it spicy but it wasn't really that spicy. Could have gone for extra spicy. The mung bean pancakes were really good too. They remained crispy and not soggy even after cooling down.
