Smoke's Poutinerie - Berkeley

Absolutely the best place to get Poutine in the Bay area. Back in Canada, Smoke's Poutinerie was not my favorite, but with limited options here, it is definitely the way to. Don't be fooled by all the crazy combinations. The cheese curds are on site, but the engraving could definitely be improved, especially on the traditional veggie.

Authentic, calorie packed, artery constipation Poutine!! Almost as good as the original Quebec Delikatesse. Tons of combinations available and good portions. Mon Dieu!

Quick, clean, many ways to fill the frits. I found the Speck cheeseburger. I added Jalapeno Sriracha for a heat. Only bad, they have limited selection on bottles of soda water. I prefer wells. I ordered medium size, but could only finish half. Next time, I know I'm just going small.

I have the philly cheese steak. It was my first time ever try these Canadian favorites, I just wish there were more cheese curds about it was great.

Not great flavor but is open late at night when you're craving junk food. Decent tasting fries and toppings but nothing special.
