Dunkin' - Berlin

Made an order thru the app for pick up inside. At the pick up counter NO ONE asked if I had been helped. Another lady walks immediately gets helped. Mind you we both are in the pick up area. I proceed to ask about my order and was told it wasn't recieve but before they were asking if I came in yet....smh . .won't get ANYMORE of my money EVER

I love this place a lot but they need to get more staff. Today I got a bagel and it was supposed to be toasted and it looked like nothing was done and it was cold I couldn?t come back to get a new one cause I was already at work but when staff is low stuff ain?t correct

Quick service with a smile. The bathrooms were clean and wheelchair friendly. Spacious coffee shop with parking outside. Seemed popular with travelers. The hash browns were well done. They had the NFC payments option as well.

I never saw her. And they are never aPOLOGICAL NOR EVEN CARE. I'll turn it up.

Nice Dunkin Donut stops on his way to Assateague Island. Very nice and efficient service.
