Feedback gevenI was charged $4 for a plastic cup of water at this restaurant. I could have gone to Starbucks and gotten a free, larger cup of water instead. The staff wasn't very friendly about it and seemed to assume we should already know it costs money. They were also rude and used profanity.
This Dunkin' is one of the most expensive in my area, and I find that I have to check my own lid every time I get a coffee. Now that they charge $2.12 for a medium coffee, perhaps they should consider investing in a better sound system, as it seems like no one can get my order right—maybe they can't hear me? The new management or owners have completely ruined this place. From the untrained staff to the constant order mix-ups, it has become quite frustrating. It needs improvement.
I visit this Dunkin' every morning on my way to work, but I've had a frustrating experience with the manager. She is rude and seems to lack the skill to make coffee properly. Yesterday, my coffee was prepared incorrectly, and I was charged for a turbo shot that I never received. The manager took my order and then started being disrespectful to one of her employees, which makes me think she wasn't paying attention and messed up my order. Today, when I went to place my order, she walked away from the register to chat with the same employees she had complained about yesterday. I’ve decided not to spend my money here anymore. It's disappointing to witness such unprofessionalism, especially towards customers. This manager really needs to go!
Large Dunkin Donuts.always clean, good food and choice. Good wifi,/Jan 2019,It appears new owner? Pre-sale leaders are gone: Was twice recently, a time was terrible, next time, was.. Okay.
The donuts seem to be smaller .also less cream,but still very tasty.
