Ihop - Berlin

Horrible, it didn’t take too long to get seated. However, once seated, waited about 20 minutes no waitress, another family came in who didn’t look like me. She took order for drinks as soon as they sat down. We left.!!! Hope this is helpful

This is the worst IHOP ever! Do not come here. Servers are rude and they take forever the serve you. They gave us paper cups and they said they do not have mugs because the dishwasher was not working however the other tables got mugs. The server was very rude. They do not care about customers. Please avoid this restaurant if you don’t want to have a sour moment.

The food and beverages were delicious. I ordered the NY Cheesecake pancake combo w/ shelled eggs (if you don't say shelled you will get powdered eggs) scrambled w/ cheese and turkey sausage, Bourbon Burger, Steak Burger (both w/ fries) and a Strawberry Banana french toast combo. Everything was cooked perfectly. The Strawberry Lemonade splash was refreshing. Our waitress was attentive and efficient. Our meals camd out in a timely manner. The service here was pleasant. Highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: There are kids meals available that can be modified to your child's liking.Parking: There is plenty of parking as this IHOP is located in a plaza

After 30 minutes of waiting outside, we were never able to get a table. Actually, no one was seated while we were there. The restaurant was quite empty and a few families walked out saying the wait on the inside was long too after placing orders. They may do better if they were fully staffed but we'll never know. Berlin MD, you must do better. It would've been better if you just closed doors until you're fully staffed.

Worst ihop I have visited. Ordered 3 plates 1 of the 3 was completely wrong, the food was cold and soggy. When I told the waitress about the sandwich there was another customer passing by saying she did not like the sandwich and that it did not taste or look like the picture. The waitress then proceeded to say it was the sandwich that I had ordered when it wasn’t. The offered to give me another plate, they gave me a menu and after deciding what I wanted I waited 25 minutes until they decided to come and take my order. My husband had already finished his food so I deciding not to order anything else because it would’ve taken another 30 minutes. I had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes just to get my check and pay. I never knew who my actual waiter was it seemed as if they were all jumping table to table. They need to do better. The service was unacceptable
