There was only one person working at this restaurant, and after waiting in line for 30 minutes without receiving any food, I had to leave because I couldn't wait any longer. I was very disappointed with the service.

Rita's always has great water ice and ice cream, but today's visit had great customer service. The girls working there were so patient and kind with us when ordering, even though my 7yr old didn't know what she wanted. Then we ordered her what we thought she wanted and it wasn't it. With no hesitation they offered to make it again in a different way. I still can't believe they did this. In no way did they do anything wrong with the order, but they cared more about my daughter being happy. So for me I will definitely return and recommend to this Rita's to others.
