Here there are “real” sushi rice, recognizing the small, short grains — unlike felt 99% of the remaining sushi shops in Berlin. The fish quality was good and the price was absolutely appropriate, here I buy regularly. Another sign for a very good sushi shop: the cucumber Maki tastes. The mixture, light sweetness through the rice, good fresh cheese, sesame seeds, succeeds only a few.
