Feedback gevenOkay so I'm at this McDonald's right now. I walked in and waited at least 10 mins to be serviced. When I give order im very efficient. The manager too my order. She messed that up. The kids in the back making the food were really lazy and aloof. It's very messy at the stations. They over fried the fries you cam tell. The kids that worked there o ly do the task asked and that's not even do.e right. I don't know who trained theses people. I it would be nice if Corp or the owner of this establishment should come in and supervise and teach them the proper way to run a McDonald's. There is the man that went behind and he looks dirty and isn't dressed as an employee or anything. So not sure about that. So in conclusion this place is in a prime location and is run poorly.
I went in to order my food and waited a long time to get my food also the manager that was there was more worried about fixing the cream machine then helping service customers. All the employees there look miserable!
When the steak and cheese on a bagle fresh best around. Asked for fresh cooked. what I got was a dried out patty on a rubber like bagle . Never again with that sandwich. Had the same problem at the rt 70 Marlton location . There I complained to the manager got a fresh one . Huge difference.
Literally spat out half of my steak mcgriddle because of how overcooked the meat was in certain areas. Lots of gristle, too. I'm game for McDonald's breakfast almost any day of the week, but not at this one, personally.
Food was as expected. Didn't like that I had to pull past the delivery window and wait even longer. 2 cheeseburgers, a 1/4 pounder and 2 medium fries. How does that take an extra 10 minutes of me listening to an audio book after 10 minutes in the drive thru before with only 1 car in front of me?
