Delicious food, nice service good value for money. if I'm in berlin, I want to go there.

The total pressure and the service were inadequate because we did not come to the evaluation of the other categories. at the time of the arrival of the reservation confirmed by the open table we were very little informed that the kitchen was already closed and that it was our fault to leave us only on the reservation confirmation about the open table. we should know that an additional confirmation by the restaurant is necessary and that would have missed. P.S unfortunately you need to click in all categories stars because a send is otherwise not possible.

We booked a table in advance only to receive receive an email minutes before the reservation with the email only containing text stating “sorry, fully booked” with no explanation despite having a reservation. Therefore, we were denied a table when we arrived at Altberliner...and instead went to a nearby restaurant called Restauration which was amazing! Communication of Altberliner needs to be severely improved as this scenario was a big disappointment

One hour and forty five minutes waiting to eat!!! The male waiter talking to customers like german nazi to wait until their turn comes and when he brought the bill he told us that the tips are not included in the bill and we have...to give them separetely!! We were two families and while trying to pay the bill was he stood next to us asking if we give him also the note we had on the table and I said no. He said ok but the tips are Dear waiter..there is no restaurant in the whole world which charges the tips so you don't even need to mention that. The tips are given when the customers are satisfied with your service but you demand the tips and this changes everything!!!! The food was tasty and has nothing to do with him
