Visited with work colleagues. This restaurant is at the periphery of Gorli Park. It's traditional German. I just had a main course "Leberkase" but I thoroughly enjoyed it; great food. All of the table enjoyed their food including starters, desserts, drinks. Limited menu but very reasonably priced and very recommendable.
My wife and I were wandering around the area and came across Das Edelweiss and as it looked interesting decided to pop in for a beer. The staff were friendly and efficient and the beer was also okay. We didn't try the food so can't comment on it but we both thought it was be a nice place to sit outside on a sunny afternoon in the summer.
We went for a jazz jam on Tuesday night with two friends and it was really good fun. Pretty full but still managed to find a place and dance a little and have some beers. Later on during the night there's less people and you have more space. 5€ entry, totally worth it in my opinion.
Looks nice and chill from outside but we waited for 45-60 minutes or even more just to order drinks... Then we ran out of temper and just left.
