Raststatte Gnadenbrot - Berlin

Wondered on the street and very welcome. Great German food. Trying like homemade. We had the Goulash and the Wienerschnitzel. Both excellent. Great value too.

Although on the corner of a busy street, there is a beautiful outer surface. The German food was good, prices reasonable and the staff spoke English. We ate here twice.

A very beautiful place, very neighborhood like, feels so comfortable and welcoming. Beautiful location for some people watching. The waiter is beautiful and efficient and the comfort eating they serve was excellent.

This restaurant was recommended to us from a bartender we had met. Drinks were served table side, but you had to pick up your food at a counter when it was ready. Small, busy indoor/outdoor seating. Fun, locals eat here no fuss no muss....enjoyable.

I had breakfast and lunch here during my stay and both meals were great (farmer's breakfast and pork meatloaf). I found the staff friendly and the outside seating was pleasant, though perhaps a little close to the road.
