I ordered a meal for my partner and I via Lieferando last week and waited up to 1.5hours for my delivery to arrive. I kept an eye on the tracking app until it, to my surprised, said it was delivered ... After another little while I concluded that my order was never going to arrive and by this time the restaurant was closed. May I add that I live on the ground floor of my apartment and was able to see my the street/front door through my window during the entire time I was waiting for my order. The following day, I called the restaurant to give them an opportunity to either finally deliver my order or if not, provide a refund. as someone who has spent many years working in hospitality, this is the assumed measure taken when a paid for food delivery does not arrive to a customer. I was greeted on the phone by one of the most horrible people I have ever come across in hospitality, the apparent manager, Adrian. He told me this is not his problem and that I need to contact Lieferando. He proceeded to tell me its only 25 euro its not a big deal and told me that I was not home when the order was attempted to be delivered. I was beyond shocked at the treatment I received during this phone call but followed through with his advice and called Lieferando. They kindly told me I would receive a full refund as well as a coupon for my next order and were ever so apologetic. 2 weeks later, I have received nothing. I follow up with Lieferando on this and they regret to inform me that this so-called manager has requested that they do not refund me for my paid for order. Not only did this man tell me that I should not be upset about losing 25 euro for my order that never arrived and to call Lieferando as its not his problem, but he actually went above and beyond to insure that he would keep my money and not allow me be refunded in any way. I have never been treated with such disrespect, especially as a paying customer, and I will absolutely never buy from this establishment again. I can deal with an order not arriving or a mistake being made, this is only natural. But how I was treated when simply requesting the refund for my order was just unbelievable.
Its quite costy, but nice food. Right next to Möbel Olfe (and the junky hangout)...

I have never been treated with such respect, especially as a paying customer, and I will absolutely never buy from this institution again. I can handle an order that is not coming or made a mistake, that is only natural. but how I was treated when I just asked for the refund for my order was just incredible.
