Kloetzlikeller - Bern

Great food and amazing service. The cheese fondue was the highlight of our dinner. I strongly recommend everyone to order their cheese fondue if you happen to be nearby.

The restaurant unfortunately didn't meet our expectation... The fries were bland and just normal The Schnitzel was of medium quality and soggy, but not bad at all And for 43. we got a minuscule Cordon Bleu It was good, but that's it!

The restaurants on it's own is very special. It kind of envelopes and gives a cozy feeling. The service is very good. I have known this place for years, and I have to say that the changes the new owner has made are not worth while. The decor is ok but the chairs are so uncomfortable as if made for one to sit for a quick coffee rather than a three course dinner. The menue is limited and somehow suitable for a take out as one has to check it on a mobile phone and, the food is ok, not great, just ok. Considering the many great restaurants in Bern, I don't think I will go again. Cheer

Amazing restaurant in Bern old town, friendly staff and very tasty meal recommend the veal schnitzel and vegetable rosti, equally great. 100% recommend this restaurant.

The service was great and the atmosphere was great. It was my birthday and the waiter put fireworks on the dessert to celebrate and the whole cubicle including strangers were singing birthday songs to me. The food was great and worth the price.
