Süder - Bern

The food here was amazing. It was seasoned to perfection and cost brilliantly. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend a visit if you were in Bern. Not cheap, but also not in water (according to Swiss standards).

One of my favorite fine dining places in Bern. Excellent food, nice presentation, and efficient, professional and friendly service. Buzzy atmosphere. Reservations recommended. Not cheap, but well worth the price for what you get.

This is not the cheapest of restaurants but the food is totally worth it. It is not only delicious but really nicely presented as well. I am vegetarian and the food im non-veg restaurants is often very bland and uninspired. This was not the case at Süder. The lentil salad was full of delicious flavours. There are many nice little touches like amuse bouche to start with and good-quality bread. Service was also excellent and very attentive.

Random restaurant while visiting friends. Friendly welcome, menu in English appreciated as well as English speaking staff. The food was fantastic - lovely little extras and surprises - flavour, texture and temperature combinations!It was not cheap but this is Switzerland and we felt good value for money!

After some good reviews online, we went for early dinner in their garden restaurant. (+ve): (1) Great family, friends and couples for causal yet cozy dinners (2) delicious, yummy and creative food. I had the Guinea Fowl and it was so beautiful cooked. Tender meat with butter sauce. (3) Good service & recommendationsDidnt find any particular negative. It's very local and such a comfortable, cozy atmosphere to take your families, friends and partner out for that nice evening.
