Landing Market Grill - Bernice

I thought I was in for a treat when I saw the reviews but wow I was not impressed with the burger. The chips were good though. The burger is those frozen precooked patties you get at grocery stores in a bag. Don't bother. Maybe their cold subs are good? If I have to eat there again, that's what I'll try.

I guess the owners name is Paul. He’s got to be the rudest person I’ve ever experienced. Not helpful at all. Very rude on the phone. There’s a $25 landing fee that is really not necessary even if you go to the restaurant. Gotta buy at least 25 gallon of fuel to have it waved. Many reviews on google maps and foreflight reflect this review. We will never be back with the planes.

Better for breakfast than lunch. Order at the counter and cooked to Order in small but efficient kitchen. General diner menu with emphasis on flattop cooked foods. Eggs and biscuits were good. Lunch burger was hearty but the bun was a little stale and could have been better grilled. Tots made it above average. When we were there for breakfast we saw all the little planes taking off after a weekend fly-in since you are sitting on the runway of an operating airport. Made it very cool.

Young man was very nice and helpful. Great food and lots of it.

Favorite place on the lake! Always my go to place! Highly recommend the Pork Tenderloins!
