Little House - Bernie

The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. The waitress took our order, but 15 minutes later, she informed one member of our party that they were out of the dish they ordered, so that person had to choose something else. After a long wait, only one person received their food 30 minutes later, and it took another 10 minutes for the rest of us to get our meals. My plate was missing coleslaw, another member’s meal lacked a pickle, and my drink was never refilled. We weren’t asked if we needed anything else during our meal. Meanwhile, a gentleman who arrived after us ordered and received his food within 5 minutes. We requested a takeout container but never received it. When we went to pay, one member of our party wasn’t charged for her dessert. After we settled the bill, we had to mention the dessert again and pay for it separately. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience, and I won’t be returning.

I couldn’t help but notice that a gentleman who came in after us ordered and received his food within just 5 minutes. We asked for a to-go container but never received it. Overall, the food wasn’t impressive, and given the poor service, I won’t be returning.
