The Schlemmeratlas or the Schlemmeratlas app, the guide gives us a cutlery of the good kitchen, and numerous parking spaces seem to be available. So we program our Navi just in front of Kues and are no less amazed that our Navi sneak past our booked hotel until we finally turn towards the finish line towards Zeltingen. The baritone and director Franz Porten was born in Zeltingen, the father of the early film star Henny Porten. I know that as a film expert. However, we have never felt in tents that belong to Bernkastel Kues after the app. But the keywords themselves brewed beer and consistently warm kitchen then immediately postponed these filmic thoughts again. We unfortunately park on the convent grounds on the wrong side with the advantage that we can walk through the convent courtyard. Right nice, in summer it is definitely nice here to look at Wikipedia... [here link] directly on the picture is to discover the monastery. So we come to the monastery of the ruins of the past days and we already get smell of barley juice, but unfortunately also of cheap toilet duck. In the middle of the Saal Monastery, the service forces eroded somewhat unplanned. A place was not offered to us, we were looking for us. My wife checked the sanitary facilities, I drew attention after three minutes. If I could get the map, I didn't know they were the menus in the form of daily newspapers. Very funny, but somehow unhygienic, I think. Nevertheless, the toilets are all clean that I can stay here in the entire section. Full warm kitchen, has the advantage that warm kitchen is offered everywhere, but the disadvantage is on hand. In the kitchens TK/Kühltruhe Convenience products are usually processed, but that was Egeal for us, we were hungry and hoped that the products with fresh spices and some “Küch Know How”. And we were not disappointed: My wife had already decided on the way for the Brauhausburger, and I was on one, two delicious beers and a beer accompaniment: Our delicious brewhouse pots Three things out: Schmalz, Spundekäse, Obazda with sea salt and bread basket for 8.70 € was my favourite. And often the first idea is better as we wanted to go to the hotel in time, I decided last second to surprise my better half and take the hunter's carving. What the Hunters' Association will say is pampered with Hunter's carving in modern Germany. This means modern: a “juicely softly knocked and stuffed meat piece with mushroom roast sauce”. None of them came 8 minutes later. So Jägerschnizel goes through here. We get our drinks served. The evenly roasted monastery yeast tastes spicy and hearty, for me in the first swallow too much spice, but then after three, much swallow then typically harmoniously. That was very good. My better half liked her burger. The TK Convenience Meat still juicy, but completely fried also goes no different, was still on the border, but the sauces were very harmonious, slightly pikant, the Ciabatta bread of excellent product quality. Lightly roasted, this was already a good Burger fun with deduction in the C note. My SchniPo tasted me, but no reference carving or a reason to visit the brewhouse again. Monochrome, slightly fat-reminiscent cripples in memory of finished carvings, the panade so stuck on the meat that one lies with the incoming guess on the right steamer. Very good was the well-made “smoky tasting mushroom sauce”, unfortunately it was so cold that I come to a well-meaned 3.0 review at dinner. Conclusion: In summer, outside the yard, my wife has seen a connected cafeteria that has “homemade cakes and delicious coffee”. At the end we looked at the bill and we didn't pay a total of 25 euros, so we didn't make too much wrong. Conditional recommendation. You can come here, but you don't have to.
