Nice family restaurant right off Highway 40. Haven't been to a Mikes in a long time and was pleasantly surprised with the new menu. Great choices! Thin crust BBQ Chicken pizza is wonderful! They have a nice outside patio.
After being on the road I decided to stop and eat at this place! the food is ok but the staff....come on the waitress I got was a bad mouth that should be working in a scrap yard.Im not saying that all personel is bad but the one I got is and if she works there that's a bad chose so who ever hires needs a good training.
Stopped here for supper on a Tuesday evening. We were having a later supper (8:00 p.m) so the restaurant was relatively quiet. We were greeted en francais and responded in kind. Hostess asked if we would prefer an english menu which we appreciated and accepted. I had a had a beef dip with caesar salad and hubby had a jambalaya. Both were tasty. Jambalaya was offered in moderate or regular sizes. Beef dip was available also in two sizes. Service was good. I'd return to this location and would be willing to try other Mike's locations now that we had a very good first experience.
This family restaurant is a good place to stop on the way between Montreal and Quebec City on highway 40. The seating is comfortable (booth or table) and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The food at Mike's is always good and inviting. It is basically Italian in origin and includes Pizza, subs, and pasta. The subs are quite different and much better than I have had at other sub shops. Prices are reasonable.
