Rise Artisan Bread Bakery Cafe

This is hands down the best cake I have ever had. I purchased the tres leches and carrot cake for my partner and I to enjoy. I also got a loaf of rye bread and a tropical drink. My partner didn't even have a bite, so I had to cover my face as I devoured both cakes until every last calorie was gone. I will definitely be returning, but I'll need to exercise some self-control next time.

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The staff seemed indifferent and slow to serve the customers. I placed an online order with a pick-up time of 8:25, but it was not ready until 8:45. When I checked the order in my car, I realized they had forgotten a product. I waited for another five minutes before someone noticed me standing there, and they didn't seem to care about the mistake. This was not the first time this had happened, and despite giving them another chance, I was once again met with poor customer service. I have had enough of this place and its average food quality; I would rather drive a bit further out of the city for a restaurant with better customer service.

I usually stop at bakeries and am often left disappointed, but this one was exceptional. The soft, moist dough of the cinnamon roll, the crunchy texture of the freshly baked cookies, and the deliciously warm sticky bun were all incredibly satisfying. Although it was slightly lacking in gooeyness, the flavors and moistness more than made up for it. The staff were friendly, the selection was vast, and the atmosphere was charming and enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to try more of their substantial offerings, including coffee cakes, sticky rolls, morning pastries, rolls, and biscuits.

This is my favorite place in berthoud! we love to get here breakfast sandwiches or suppe and brot. everything is always ingenious and homemade. one of the best things I think is her vegetarian quiche discs. support local businesses is important to us and we will support rise as long as they are around us!

Amazing pastry, amazing sandwiches, amazing bread. Coming to this out of the way bakery was a treat. I had the Sedonah which was tasty. If we happen thru Berthoud again we will definitely be stopping here
