Pizza Hut - Bertsch-Oceanview

I haven't had Pizza Hut in years so I thought I would. I ordered a big New Yorker with jalapeno, pineapple. I didn't look at it when I picked it up thinking they couldn't mess it up and drove to the shore to eat it. Excited I found a place and opened the box to find Jalapenos and Pepperoni! I don't eat pepperoni! I didn't order pepperoni! Driving back I was offered a remake or a refund. I took the refund! I was not going to wait another 15 min for a pizza that should have been made probably. I don't care where I am. There is no excuse! I have worked in all types is restaurants! Private and corporate! Get it right! I will not be ordering every again. I don't care how badly I want relive the past!

The online ordering system needs work. A LOT of work.

This one star is specifically for the owners/price decision makers of this local Pizza Hut in Crescent City , California This is not for any of the employees. You went up by two dollars on the $7.99 lunch special that you’ve had in this area for less than 60 days. Taco Bell and McDonald’s tried that maneuver and you see what happened with them.

I ordered one medium pizza and four sodas.The first message said it would be here at 2:03.Thej I waited and checked and it said 2:43.Then by the time it wasn 't here by 3 I called the store and asked where it was at.The lady that answered said the door Dasher just got there and picked up my order.I waited until 3:30 and I called and spoke to a manager about still not receiving my order,and one of the workers cancelled it!She was unprofessional ,gave no explanation besides we don 't control the door dashers.After explaining to her I order like 3 times a week and pay in cash always she said well lost door Dasher get scammed so they don 't pick up these orders.She then said what to you want me to say? .Quite rude,gave no help,and I 100% wont be ordering again.

Do not buy pizza from here!!!!! Pizza is not cooked to a golden brown. Told that “the more toppings you get the less it browns. “ “If you ran it through the oven longer it would burn.” Who says that?!!!!! Horrible service and quality…….and need I say more that scratching in certain areas is not an option!!!!! You are rude, lazy, nasty
