Domino's Pizza - Berwyn

I still have a few dominas near my house, but I'm not here, I love this twog and it doesn't matter to me to drive a few extra miles. they always make my pizza as I like. keep them the good team.

Ordered a $30 order for a delayed delivery thinking it would be on time. After waiting 25 minutes after my delivery time I called the store and was placed on hold for almost 5 minutes. I called again and was told I 'm the only one on oven and phone and was put on hold once again. I then tried customer service and had to answer 20+ questions. It 's now 1 hr 15 minutes after my delivery time !!! NEVER AGAIN...I 'm done, I 'll take the loss AVOID THIS DOMINOS

Joselyn is AMAZING! They were out of a topping I wanted. She called to ask if there was something different I wanted to substitute in. The store was ready to deliver my pizza but she put a hold on it and replaced the pizza with a new order seeing that they were out of the original topping. Thank you Joselyn!

This location food is TERRIBLE. I wanted a refund in exchange for the stale and uncooked food I was given. They denied my request and offered more food or a store credit. IF YOUR FOOD NASTY WHY WOULD I WANT MORE? I don’t want what you gave me. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

I really like the prices and the people are very friendly. The only thing is . There's hardly ever a place to park to pick up your food
