Okay, donuts which seem smaller than they used to be, service was a bit slow exp. For those of us inside. Also I had 2 donuts and ice tea yet waited 15 mins while many who ordered after me were served
They just take to long. If I go inside to order they don't assist you only for those who have ordered online and drive thru it just takes to long, need more workers.
This place takes waaaay too long. Put an order in 30 mins before going in and they still didnt have anything ready. People were being ignored at the registers and people walking around clueless. The remodel was needed in the managers not just the store.
They redesigned this dunkin, and with the redesign, you can't use the bathroom without a code from a receipt. Do you need to use the restroom right away? You plan on buying something anyway? You're out of luck, you got to get in line and get thereceipt. This Dunkin' Donuts here, in my opinion, is increasingly losing its customer service. They all are, every place is,but these folks to a greater and faster extent. I don't know who's running this Dunkin' donuts, but I do know that they are notemphasizing customer service. They'd rather have a customer accident on themselves, Policies like per bathroom use should gothe way of the dinosaur, but instead, low customer service orientated places make them standards.
