Stopped by for dinner after work. It was pretty busy, but I was able to secure a table through OpenTable. We ordered the: Vietnamese Beef Tenderloin Petite Sandwiches, the bread was a little too tough for me. I was hoping for a more crunch and crumble into your mouth like your typical banh mi sandwich. The tenderloin was tender and had decent flavor. The Tea Smoked Salmon, tasted like any other sushi roll. I didn’t too much of a wow factor. Finally, the special of the day. The venison. It was delicious! Tender and moist. It packed a lot of flavor. The sauce paired very well with it. The dumplings that came with it was filled with goat cheese and beats. Very yummy! Shoutout to my server tonight. She was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. But very friendly and attentive!
