Kfc - Bessemer

As always, my order was incorrect, and I only realized it once I got home. I specifically requested a grilled leg and thigh because I knew the wing would be too small and the breast would be dry. Instead, I ended up with a wing and a breast, and my fries were cold. Ugh, fast food restaurants can be so frustrating!

They were very slow I waited 20 minutes for a two piece combo. Then on top of a long wait time which they didn't tell me how long it was going to be until after they had gotten my money they still managed to get my pieces wrong.

Was waiting so long I fell a sleep in the drive thru.. got up to the window the manager is yelling at the kid who is at window not to mention how just dumb he was I swear.. anyway no forks condiments at all were given or napkins..

I can't believe they ran out of chicken! This is the third chicken restaurant I've visited in my city, and none of them have any chicken available. It's really frustrating. However, this place is decent overall. I just wish the customer service was better.

I ordered a large box meal with white meat today but received a mix of white and dark meat instead. I called to inform them about the mistake, but while I was explaining the issue, the person on the other end hung up on me. Now, after numerous attempts to call back, no one is answering.
