Mcdonald's - Bessemer

This restaurant is very disappointing and seems to be run by inexperienced staff who lack any sense of urgency. The manager, who has unattractive blue nails, is as rude as the rest of the team. The cookie chef consistently burns the cookies every morning. They are frequently out of various items, or their machines are not working properly. The staff also behaves immaturely, using the speaker like children. I usually keep my complaints to myself, but this place is truly terrible.

I really love this McDonald's. I always get hot fries, and I'm never let down.

The workers at McDonald 's should see at intervals whether a customer is in the counter. If they can't serve the customer immediately, they should say I'll be right with you. There seems to be a lack of personnel. Workers had to take the food into the car for the passing customers and leave other workers with the inner customers. This is just a proposal, not a complaint. There is still a lack of personnel at many agencies because of the economy.

The highlight of my visit was the truly laid-back atmosphere. The manager was very helpful and sincere. The service was excellent, and I used my McDonald's app to place my order. I encountered friendly staff and great service throughout my experience!

Only giving one star cause you can?t leave no stars rudest employees ever foods cold always just went by and they say 30 mins before they can take my order you know why they outside talking with friends go up the road and eat the other one which is slightly better but hot food lol
