Starbucks - Bessemer

I love the interior of this place. It has many rooms, most of which have windows, making it very open. The chairs are padded and there are leather chairs as well. This is one of my favorite layouts that I have experienced so far.

The bartender at the restaurant should consider not using scented hand lotion before serving drinks to customers, as the scent may not be appreciated by everyone. Unfortunately, my drink ended up smelling like the hand lotion, giving it an odd odor. Additionally, I did not receive a warm welcome upon arrival, so I was unable to ask about the scent issue.

This restaurant is hardly ever open. It is puzzling why they opened one in this location when it is always closed. At 7 o'clock, nobody had taken my order, and this has happened multiple times.

I have heard many bad reviews on this place, but I go at least 3-4 times a week and have only received excellent customer service

Most of our visits here have been very time consuming. And now they close at 3pm?? Where do u expect to make any money closing this early.
