Feedback gevenSo I enter the Waffle House to the right, there are dishes on the table and the waitress sits down I wait for 10 minutes before they ever get up to take my order. At the same time, the cook went to the rest room and said a word. There are eggshells and garbage on the tabletops. I'll never eat in this Waffle House again. Thanks for the bad service
Wait for 5 minutes on a clean table. There were 5 tables with chairs. He waited 15 minutes for our beverage order not to be accepted. There were more employees than tables. Very disappointed about our experience without service.
Was looking for a bite at 11:25 and thanks to COVID nothing was open except Waffle House, so I said Waffle House it is. I went on and was greeted with a friendly hello, I gave the waitress my order to go, saw her prepare fresh, then paid and I was perhaps less in 15 minutes. No complaints here and of course I'll go back. By the way, they make a medium fresh double cheeseburger.
Take out only orders. May be during to low manning, which happens, however the issue was that when we entered the building, there was no one there. The other patron with me went behind the building and found the employees were outside on a smoke break. If you need a break, cool...but a sign to say be back 10 minutes would be great. There was no sense of urgency from the members outside. We had to reiterate that we were here to put in a take out order because no one was answering the phone to take orders. They came inside to cook...food was undercooked. I got nauseated from the food I did eat. Would not recommend coming to this location during COVID.
It's Waffle House guys. Not much more to say! Great food. Great service, great prices. Clean and comfortable. I am very happy. But then again who can't resist a waffle. The waitress tonight is new, but absolutely adorable. You guys stop on in and give her a great big tip. Happy eating!
