Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

There were at 11:00 and ordered to take. The frits were stale, the chicken wings were small and dry, the chicken pliers were soggy, it was like the whole meal, both commands were sitting in the box for hours. Terrible tasting. Will never darken the door of this Zatsby's again!

Consistently have great service and good food. Management was able to maintain good employees, which seems to be a challenge in many other places.

Trash! Don't go to these Zaxbys!! I ordered a 4pc finger means a wing and things. My 4pc finger was penetrated into fat and my wing things didn't have a chicken finger in it and the wings were very dry!! And my drink had a hole in it and everything had happened in my car! Very disappointed by this service!!!!!!

I ordered the 20 pc family pack, cheddar bites, cookies, and a 6 finger meal. I get my food and half my order is missing. I had to park and go inside upon telling the cashier that half my order was missing. She did not apologize for my inconvenience at all. The fries they gave me for a family of four would maybe feed two. The cashiers do not check the orders to ensure they are giving out the right food. This restaurant customer service and food quality is ridiculous the chicken tenders we received some were good and some were hard not an enjoyable meal.
