Don Pollo Of Bethesda - Besthesda

Ordered to-go using Uber eats. Food was delicious. We got the whole chicken with 3 sides (plantains, rice/beans, chaufa) and an extra soup. To-go containers were filled all the way. Price point was also pretty good. Would order again and recommend.

Great rotisserie chicken.The empanadas are made fresh in house and outstanding.

I love the food of any Don Pollo unfortunately I called right away after noticing I placed it in the wrong location. I couldn’t make it there due to my break timing. Manager Carmen was so rude. She didn’t want to assist. I said may I get a credit. They denied everything. They said they would just get rid of the food. I asked if it could be giving to someone in need at least.If this is the treatment over the phone I could only imagine going in person.If I was a manager I would of definitely taken a different approach to the situation.

The sautéed loin I had was very salty and the meat was dry and tasted like anything but meat.

I am a customer of this restaurant, I generally love their menu.
