Mcdonald's - Besthesda

This restaurant was honestly the most intimidating place I've ever visited. I didn't even stick around long enough to pick up my food.

This was by far the worst fish sandwich I have had in a while. The sauce was terrible, tasting like it had been changed a long time ago. The bread was not fresh and the fish also tasted stale. I had to throw it away after only eating half of it. It is surprising that a high-volume store would do such a poor job. The food seemed like it had been sitting out for hours, as if it came from a store with very few customers. Additionally, the cashier appeared disinterested, which was strange.

Have you ever received raw chicken nuggets from McDonald's? Come to this restaurant and give it a try!

Workers more interrested in thier personal conversations. Grabbed a meal, got to my hotel and noticed this...awesome. The coke was also flat.

If this McDonald’s offered me a lifetime of FREE food beverages, I would STILL decline!!! The service, POOR. The food, mediocre at best that’s IF they out everything you paid for in the bag. I will NE-VER go back there. Every time I get things from them my bag is ALWAYS missing food items. I was so PISSED I went to the counter told the MANAGER. What a waste of time. Their back if the house staff is a joke. I showed him my receipt then showed him what they put in my bag. He goes to the back to ask the “joke” about what my bag was missing. Per the manager, the “joke” LIED told him everything was put in there. To add insult to injury the manager, sipriano, tells me quote-unquote, “the next time check everything in the bag to make sure its all in there.” WHAT??!!?? So you’re telling me to do YOUR JOB?!?! To do the job of the employees that YOU PAY to do what you just told me to do???? Oh okay. Give me my money back. All of it. Customers can check their bags but we should NOT have to!! I’m posting a review about this on every review site in the world. The manager should have apologized for my experience due to his incapable staff who constantly forgets to add all that should be in bags. Per the conversations about this mcdonalds, I am not the only one who feels this way about their MANY MANY MANY short comings. The “jokes” are not taking accountability because their MANAGER does NOT take accountability! Im done there forever ever.
