Feedback gevenI stopped by yesterday for a quick drink and ended up sharing the plow plate, which was really nice. They have a fantastic grill menu that we’re definitely looking forward to trying again on another weekend.
The chef truly knows their craft. Dining here is worth every penny spent. The ale is fresh and delightful. The ambiance of the 17th-century wooden room is stunning, and the cozy fires make it even more inviting. I could have easily stayed all day. I recommend booking an early lunch on the weekend, as we did—you won't be disappointed! Plus, they even treat your dog to a tasty snack.
I came here to celebrate a birthday and found the staff to be very friendly, and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place for any occasion. Thank you!

Great beer, staff and ambience. Very dog friendly. They do a mean meal too with a great restaurant all home cooked food.
