No Quality Control or Assurance. Products critically underweight every single time (every single time) and lacking substance despite paying extra for simple things like brown rice, or guacamole and yet never delivering on the extra moneys committed and paid by the customer. Has potential to be decent if the team actually deliver on the sizes advertised instead of supplying meals that are pictured as hearty and sizeable in the app/ menu/ website however being stupidly underwhelming and skint when given in person. Can’t be passed off and being an ‘off night’ as it’s being experienced repeatedly. 2 stars only given to award staff for being present in the roles and usability of the app but value for money warrants a much sterner assessment overall.

So hard to place an order especially If you don’t order with them frequently, instead of customer service staff member explaining and making it simple they call you “you were so confusing” i was like yes Because it is hard to place an order as a new customer I love Zamberero , I wish they have a branch close to my home so I don’t have to go to this one. Also, I never knew that this shop doesn’t put any sauce on taco unless you pay extra , okay which is company policy. But still I wouldn’t order again here, wastage of time and not worth of money.Vegetarian options: I didn’t choose vege with guacomole and couldn’t get just guacamole on its own unless I would pay extra.

No more hot jalapeno sauces and fresh corianders that you can grab from the counter.4. The nacho corn chips were not fresh. When ordering, the girl over the counter said they don't make fresh ones.5.
