I've been to the 1 at Bethany it's well beyond horrible you can't get the staff off the phone long enough to take an order they will not listen to any customer they never get the order's right extremely rude never wears hair net or gloves foul mouthed I'll pass yall enjoy that trash

Been seeing your commercial many times offering Buy 1 footlong, get second one 50% off. On 9-6- '22 dropped in to one of your stores (Reno Council in Oklahoma City, Ok. on way home from Dr 's appointment. Asked if that offer was available. Was told it was only available for On line orders . I would have to go home, get on computer, go to web-site, place order, come back to store to pick up my order. You just lost a customer. We went to Arby 's and got two sandwiches for $7.

We were visiting this area for a football camp we came for lunch at 11:15 the internet. But the only guy there came barreling g out the door ollering not not yet 1130...like it's the customers fault he can't open. How rude!!!!

My local Subway is awesome! Though short handed since Covid , they still manage to be friendly and professional!
