Been here many times. Food, service, and atmosphere are consistently delicious, friendly, and pleasant.

After a long day of driving and boardwalk activities my family and I were very hungry. It was late and Cottage Cafe was open. We hate to be those people, but 8 of us sat down and received really great service from Emma and another server near closing time. Everyone was so nice and the food was AMAZING! Bonus for carrying my favorite NA Beer. We will be back for sure!

This was our first time eating at Cottage Cafe and the food was delicious! Our server was excellent and gave us some good recommendations to try. We will definitely stop by again.

I’m surprised by the rating given to this place from other reviews. The food reminds me of a diner with higher prices. I ordered the dune fries and sword fish special. Dune fries are soggy and cold. Swordfish bowl was bland and super fishy. While I know swordfish tends to be in fishy side, when combined with other ingredients properly and prepared thst flavor goes away and absorbs the other flavors, this did not do that.
