Awful service! This place is a complete disappointment! We ordered two Caramel Lattes with almond milk and a hot coffee with cream, but they got the entire order wrong. When we pointed this out to the girl at the drive-thru, they just handed us the wrong drinks and refused to take them back. To top it off, our order was messed up again. I’m pretty sure they just gave me a cup of milk with caramel sauce because it was completely white. We ended up with six incorrect drinks. The staff were rude and seemed genuinely disinterested—it felt like they were not in a good state of mind. Well done, Dunkin’.

The staff is always friendly and they are in line with the service.

The coffee was good but my sandwich, which was supposed to be at least warm, was cold!!
